RESIDENT PROFILE: Roslyn was born in Auckland, New Zealand and attended Glengowrie College, employed as a seamstress and secretarial work which she enjoyed and did not want to give up. She married Ronald (second marriage) on the Gold Coast 12/10/1996. She has special memories of her wedding day and travels overseas and around Australia. Roslyn has two children, Vanessa and Matthew and two loved nieces, Nichol and Nicki and has many friends. Roslyn loves all music, especially classical, country and rock, she used to enjoy singing, drawing attending concerts. Loves Elvis and Cliff Richard movies and watches all sports. She was best at sports and her special lifetime achievements were raising her children. Leisure and domestic activities enjoyed were gardening and letter writing. Magnolia Lodge Ladies took part in a Council Cabs initiative in an effort to access comfort and ease of booking their cars. The Maxi Cab with an automatic step was the overall winner with the Prius coming in a very close 2nd for room and comfort. After an amazing effort from our Ladies, they were offered a beautiful Morning Tea with the Council Cabs staff.
